Some Think That It Is More Important For Children To Engage In Outdoor Activities Instead Of Playing Video Games

Scientifically, both indoor and outdoor games invite players physical and mental skills. Presently, a number of folks are of opinion that children need to indulge in physical activities in spite of playing graphic games. This essay intends to analyze the reasons why it is mandatory to engage in outdoor activities.

There are umpteen reasons how outdoor games are beneficial for children. First and foremost, playing games outside not only help to stay healthy and anergetic, but also rander an opportunity to strengthen the friend circle. For example, children who keep the habits of performing outdoor activities such as running and yoga burn calories regularly. In this way, such games prevent children from ailments including obesity and depression. Similarly, cardiovascular system helps in the circulation of blood and plasma formation. Consequently, they become mentally active.

Further emphaze on my point of view. To embark with, unlike computer games, outdoor games increase their bonding with friends. To demonstrate it, in the stadiums, children have to play games with different locality, however, it may develop harmonious relationships among them. For example, children of same teams have leader’s commands to follow in order to win the game play. This thing ultimately makes their bonding more strong. As a result, their mutual understanding is more likely to increase, if they play outdoor games.

To recapitulate, as per my above discussion, it is apparent that undeniably, physical activities have many positive outcomes on children’s development and these activities are highly appreciable.
