Sleep deprivation is a critical health issue. Recently, an enormous amount of people are complaining about not having enough sleep. There can be many elements which contribute to insomnia. Let us discuss further to deepen our understanding of the reasons and the ways to mitigate this issue.

In the first instance, long term adverse health issues can be identified as prime problems. Initial conditions such as fatigue, lack of concentration, and concomitant laziness can adversely affect our daily life. For instance, driving after such a night can even lead to a deathly accident. Moreover, if this habit continues for a longer time, it would end up with detrimental health issues such as cardiovascular diseases, and nerve problems. Additionally, this fatigue and laziness could impact our work performance as well.

Some of the main contributing factors for this issue are poor dietary habits, stress, and overuse of electronic devices before sleep. Many people are having fast food or processed food for dinner and this can cause sleep deprivation triggered by gastritis. Furthermore, according to doctors work stress and screen time are other major elements which cause insomnia. As an example, if a person could have a balanced diet and a relaxed day, it would be quite easy to have a good night sleep. Conversely, nowadays, people are spending more time watching digital screens rather than focusing on their sleep.

Moreover, if we cannot get good sleep, it would be very hard to get a healthy life.

In the final analysis, poor job performance and long term health issues are some prime issues of this and poor meal choices, stress and longer screen times are major contributing elements of this issue.
