Essay topics:

There are many different styles of classes at schools nowadays. Some students prefer classes where they interact with their teacher and with other students in debates and group assignments. Others prefer classes where they just listen to their teacher speak.

Learning and Academics are the bases for the career of all students. Students prefer different ways of acquiring knowledge, some like getting lectures and some choose to have discussions with the lecturer as well as fellow batchmates. In my opinion, I am a student who would like to have an interactive method of learning.
To start with I feel with the interaction we hear different opinions from our fellow batchmates, their doubts about a topic, and confusion. Then the lecturer solves their doubts or explains and reexplain the roots of that topic which would clarify many other students including me. In this fashion more knowledge about one topic is exchanged and the basis of that subject is strengthened. I would like to give an example of this. In Math class in grade 10 , we have difficult trigonometry concepts and problems to solve. Many equations were needed to remember for solving those complicated problems. In the doubt-solving sessions at the end of each class, we all discussed how that equation is chosen and how did we get answers, our teacher explained the whole equation again with derivations that we learned in grades 8 and 9. We all scored around 80% in Math in grade 10, because during exams the equations were at the tips of our tongues as we had gone through all of them again and again in our doubt-solving math lectures.

Another reason is that since covid, most lectures and classes happen online. This gives the student all the freedom to eat, sleep or not concentrate on lectures keeping the video off during classes. Now if there are discussions, the teacher will ask questions, so the student has to be attentive. Also, since the student gets the opportunity to participate, he or they would feel like an important part of the session. Learning will become a fun experience.

Here I conclude with my opinion and the advantages of having discussions compared to lectures, and the reasons I prefer interactions as a process of learning. Most of the students will have to concentrate and enjoy learning while discussing common doubts and everyone will be benefited.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
