bald taste
In the letter:
explain why you were at the restaurant
describe the problems
write about the action you want the manager to take
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my ultimate disappointment i had in your restaurant last night. I am very much fond of your food and normally recommend people to visit your place. But now,I must say i should change my views and considerations particularly for special events.
I visited your restaurant yesterday with family to celebrate my grandfather's 80th birthday. we were total of 10 people, not much that could not be accommodated for seating. First, despite of having a prior reservation; we had to wait for 20 minutes as the place was crowded enough and our reserved table was given to some other family already. I ordered your famous 19-B soup which turned out to be really bland, as it had no taste and no ingredients flavor. After that, fish that arrived in main course was cold and did not satisfy our hungry taste buds at all. I was really embarrassed in front of my family as i took them speaking very high of your place.
I am your true loyal customer and i believe you will take notice of my complaint. Please make sure whenever the food is served, it is warm enough to enjoy the actual flavor. Also, please change the recipe of soup to previous one as mostly people come to you because of your signature soup.
I expect you will consider my suggestions, take criticism very optimistically and do corrective measures where required.
Your Sincerely,
Sam
