write a letter complaining about accomodation
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in reference to an accommodation booked in your hotel Caravan for three days. As a regular business traveller, I stay in a variety of lodgings but I can say that my experience with your hotel accommodation has been the worst due to a number of reasons.
Firstly, despite having a booking confirmation for a deluxe room, I was given a standard room without air conditioning stating that all deluxe rooms were occupied due to some important event. I had made several complaints to the staff about this, to which I was given an assurance of room change the next day.
Secondly, the washroom was dirty, I had complained several times to the receptionist before someone from the cleaning staff came and cleaned it.
I can assure you I am highly dissatisfied with the service and hope that you will take immediate action on this unprofessional misconduct from your staff. As such, I can assure you that have already lost me as your customer due to this incident.
