the graph below shows the contribution of three sectors-agriculture, manufacturing,and business services to the uk economy in the twentieth century
his bar graph provides information about three options which were relevant for UK economy between 1900 and 2000. Overall, there was one category which had a dramatic decreased though the years and another one which trend was opposite.
Agriculture was the one which showed more significant decreases in contribution to the country economy. It begun with 48% in 1900 but dropped to 8% in 1975 and it reached its worst fall in 2000 with only 2%. On the other hand, manufacturing used to be quite popular at the beginning of the period but slightly less important than agriculture, decreased gradually from 45% in 1900 to only 12% in 2000.
Finally, Business and financial was the category which had the inverse pattern. It increased dramatically though the years and their percentages were from only 3% in 1900 to 33% in 2000. This gave as a result, that this category were the most important source of money for UK at the end.
