The two maps above depict how an island looked, before and after some tourist services were established.
Overall, the island underwent a huge transformation. It saw numerous additions such as golf, tennis, car park, etc. there were also several places that were demolished or replaced, whereas a few facilities remained the same.
Over the period, the farmland and the forest park in the northeast of the island were converted into leisure facilities such as golf field and tennis, respectively. after the development, the fish market was replaced by apartments. Similarly, the shops in front of the fish marked turned into restaurants.
Another change can be noted in the residential area, as they expanded after the construction. A new car park adjacent to the hotel was introduced to the island. In 1995, there was a fishing port in the sea, which later disappeared. The hotel and the cafe in the southeast of the island saw no change.
