You share a parking area with several neighbors and have recently started having problems.
Write a letter to be copied to all neighbors that share the parking area. In that letter-
• explaining the problems
• suggesting ways to help the situation
• proposing a possible meeting
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Neighbours,
Dear Neighbours,
I am writing this letter to complain about the problems me and my family is facing because of the limited car parking in our society.
I recently moved into your neighbourhood with my family. This locality is said to be one of the best in this city. Ever since I have moved here, we noted that somebody occupies our parking space before we park. Usually it's done in afternoon after my husband leaves for the office.
We got to know that there are many cars but less parking space available currently. Thus, I suggest we should take the real count of cars and give one dedicated car parking to each flat members and not multiple. To discuss further we should plan to meet this sunday at our office and resolve the issue.
It would be very kind if you confirm your availability by signing a meeting attendance for each flat member sent by watchman which would help all of us know how many of us are facing the similar issues and are open for resolution.
Hoping for your prompt consideration of this urgent request!
Your's Faithfully,
Deepa
