One of the notable changes is a beautiful fountain in the center is now where a rose garden located with four sides are arranged with seats for visitors. The seats used to placed around the park but now they are installed only in the middle. On the left side, a small stage for musicians is upgraded to a huge amphitheatre which can contain a numerous audience and hold in concerts.
