The graphs below show the numbers of male and female workers in 1975 and 1995 in several employment sectors of the Republic of Freedonia.
Write a report for a university teacher describing the information shown.
The graph illustrates the difference between male and female employees in six sectors in two different years.
In 1975, numbers of men employed were always higher than the numbers of women, in every sectors considerated in the study. This trend do not change in 1995, with the only exception of wholesale and retail trade and communications sectors. For example in the first one, men employed were about 700000, instead female workers were just under 800000. The sector with the highest number of employees was public sector in 1975. In 1995, it have changed for female workers, but not for men.
Comparing employment sectors in the different two years, the number of employees changed for women, while it remained almost stable for men. For instance, considering finance/banking sector, the number of women in 1975 were less than half than the numer in 1995.
