The pie chart illustrate rationales behind cycling and driving by workers. Overall, it is noticeable that impact on health and less pollution is the major reasons why people go to work by bicycle and comfortability is the main motive behind driving to working place.
The larger proportion of worker cycling to work because of it impact on thier health and less pollution, this account for less than a third for each. In contrast to this, two fifths choose to go to work by driving due to comfort they derive from it. Distance from their home to working place is rank second for using car, this represent less than a qauter of total population. 15% of the workers decide to cycling to work because of issue of parking space
On the lesser proportion, need for luggage and faster than bicycle share the same percentage 14% for each reasons. 13% of the staff believe that cycling is faster than driving. However, secure than cycling and no cost is the lowest reason why workers use bicycle and car. The former is just 11% while the later is 12%
