Dear Sir ,
I am writing to inform you that the keyboard of my desktop is malfunctioning. The number keys of the keyboard do not work function properly. My name is Vajira Perera and I purchased this desktop with all the accessories from your shop in last year November. The invoice number for the particular purchase is USS20190822AB56.
I do a food catering business at my home. I need to use the desktop to check my orders and prepare quotations and invoices for the orders undertaken. With this issue of the keyboard, I have been facing a great difficulty in preparing quotation and invoices for catering orders for last three days.
Since the keyboard is still under warranty period, it is greatly appreciated if you could arrange one of your technicians to rectify the issue. If your technician will take the keyboard for the repairs, please be kind enough to provide an extra keyboard to facilitate my work during that period.
Herewith, I have attached a copy of the invoice of purchase. If you need to contact me, you can give a call to the following 0772562772.
Your speedy response on this would be greatly appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Vajira Perera
