The city mostly underwent a massive reduction in the amount of tree. However, this gave a way to establish more factories and more beneficial facilities. Also, some of the old establishments were upgraded in these 25 years. This city is divided into two northern and southern parts by Alanah river.
Starting with the northern part of the city, the biggest change is the construction of the stadium in the north. After chopping down of some trees in the northwest, the recreational area has been upgraded by adding a golf field and allowing jet skies on the lake. In addition to these enhancements, two parking lots were added in north and southeast of the lake respectively. Furthermore, the residential area in the east had been demolished and gave its place to augmentation of the railroads.
Moving on to the southern area, all trees have been uprooted and been replaced by factories and warehouses. Also, in the southeast, all of the private houses were knocked down and tall skyscrapers were erected instead. At last, the city added a marina in the eastern part of it.
