teachers should not make their political and social point of views known to students
Although policy and society play a major role in the people life as well as students, especially in the their decisions in their lives, it is a interesting question whether is necessary that teachers talk about their personal views of society or policy for students or not. Some people prrefend that their children know about these subject in the school but some others disagree with it. When it comes to me, certainly, I will follow those disagree with this issue due to the several reason, some of the most outstanding of which are elaborated in detail in the following:
First and foremost, there are probably students who are not interested about society and policy. So, when a teacher talks about his or her social and political views in the classroom, students who are not interested in this subjects obviously will be tired. In addition theses student will lose their time due to the this fact that their teacher allocated a lot of time for this reason instead of scientific subjects. As an example, if a student tends to the focus on art, social and political conversations in his or her class might be as an distractive issue.
Secondly, conversations about policy and society are typically such controversial that they are potential to be cause of conflicts between students. Thus, students might will miss not only their friendly relationships but also their cooperations in their teamworks , and eventually they can’t work with each other as a colleague same the their past. As a result, political and conversations in a classroom is able to destroy relationshis between students.
Another reason, Although teachers are very logical and respectable persons in the society, political and social attitudes of a teascher may be incorrect and biased. Therefore, students likely will follow a biased view which their teacher teaches to them. In this reason, it is much better that teachers be bound of talking about their social and political views for students.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
