The pie charts show the results of a survey conducted by a university on the opinions of full-time and part-time students about its services.
The pie charts illustrate how many students give information on full-time and part-time about their university services, namely IT supports and opening hours.
Looking at the graphs, it is immediately obvious that the majority of students satisfied with two full-time services than their part-time counterparts. Besides, there is much positive feedback with regard to the opening hours than IT support.
Regarding IT support, more than half of the surveyed full-time students said that they were very happy with this service, while only a fifth of part-time students reported that they were very comfortable. By contrast, there was an opposite trend can be seen at the number of students unhappy with IT support, at 15% of full-time students, while the figure for part-time learners was more three times than full-time pupils. The proportion of both types of undergrads being quite happy with this service was relatively the same, at about a third.
Considering opening hours, the bulk of full-time and part-time learners felt very happy with the current opening hours. at 87% and 72% respectively. Only 1% of the examined full-time undergraduates were not satisfied with the opening hours whereas the figure for part-time was a little higher, at 5%. The remaining 12% of full-time pupils sensed quite blissful with this service, as opposed to nearly a quarter of part-time students.
