The diagram illustrates the production of leather commodities
Overall, there are ten main stages in the process of producing leather goods, beginning with drying animal skins and ending with the finished productions
The first step is that animal skins are hung on for drying under the Sun. After being loaded into a truck, it is delivered to factory where it undergoes further processing. At this point, dried skins are washed in compound including water and lime in order to remove any impurities and passed onto a tank of lime water where it soaked. Then it is stretched out by a flattening machine
At the six step of the process, those leather are dipped into a mixture called tannin in order to become softer. Following this, ingredients are put through a flat surface to polish, before being delivered to factory by a train. Finally, the refined leather is assembled to be particular commodities such as bags, hats or shoes
