Dear Silu,
I am writing to you regarding training for six months in our China Headquaters.
As you are aware of the acquisition of our new client, Mr Miyaki their requirement of Augmented reality based application, it would be imperitive for me to train under our immensily advanced and highly talented designers at our Bejing Office. Furthermore, I can visit the Miyaki Factories to understand the working of the product, which we are developing the app for. Additionally, this would be a great oppurtunity for me to interact with our colleaugues in other countries as well.
I understand that my travelling will affect my work, therefore I have moved all my meetings and other commitsments till the time I come back. Moreover, My Senior Designer, Chhetah has kindly accepted to the apppointments that were urgent and thus could not be moved to another date.
I am aware that I am troubling you for this, however, I would request you to speak to our headoffice for approving my visit. Finally, I would require a written acceptance application to our chinese office from your side. It will be emailed to them 14 days before my departure.
If you have further questions, Please let me know, we candiscuss it further. Looking forward to your response.
Yours Sincerely,
TOka
