While booking your hotel, you promised to endow me acme quality services but you had made false promise as your heating system was not working efficiently.
When I realized about the default of your system, I immediately called your staff but they were unable to remove this glitch. Undoubtedly, the weather was so harsh on that day, therefore I had to order for more quilts to get rid of extreme cold but all
in vain. Consequently, I fall ill and became the prey of viral infection.
It would be highly appreciable if you repair our heating system and arrange a standby system to combat with such uncertain conditions Lastly, it would be grateful if you oblige me with some refund as i had to suffer a lot due to the mistake of your employees.
