The highest proportion of people in 1990 who brought money to charity belongs to the range of 36-50, over 40%. Meanwhile, in 2010, people from 51-65 years old donated the most money, nearly 40%.
As can be seen from the chart, the smallest rate in both 2010 and 1990 is the age between 18 and 25. In 1990 the contribution from this age group is was about 17%, then it decreased by 3% (from 10% to 7%) in 2010.
