The bar graph show the acid level of muth after consumption of three different nutrients like fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey over the period of forty minutes.
After the consumption of cane sugar, PH level of mouth increased dramatically in 5 minutes and reached 3.5, but now acidity level of mouth decreases steadily and reached the start level after 35 minutes.
Another acidic nutrient is fruit sugar. After consumption, the PH level of mouth increased and reached 4.25 in 5 minutes.After, th level of acidity of mouth reached a normal level in 20 minutes.The last acidic nutrient is honey,after the absorb of honey acidity level of mouth increase slowly and becomes 4.80 in 5 minutes and then decreased steadily, but faster than other reached the normal PH level.
In summary, the honey is safer than other for our teeth
