Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Noah K. working in the Personnel department. I take this opportunity to describe the work that has been completed in the previous year.
It was a matter of pride that the organization selected me as an audit in-charge under the esteemed Total Quality Management project. As a part of the same, I was able to complete the basic orientation of the project. Also, I had allotted few tasks to the colleagues which they were able to complete on-time. The kaizen audit is quite new but still the work has been done successfully.
However, during the process I felt that the one-point lessons (OPL) and 5S are a bit tough as it is the latest development in the field and not much information is available online. I tried to complete two OPL’s but was not completely satisfied with the same.
Through my contacts I got to know that there is a training session on the aforementioned topics by the end of this month. I have attached the details of the same and kindly enrol my name for the interactive seminar. This would be of a great help to me and the organization on a larger perspective.
