The diagram illustrates the process that is used to manufacture bricks for the building industry.
The diagram depicts the way in which bricks are produced for the building industry
Overall, the process consists of 7 stages, commencing with clay being diggered and end up with delivering them
In the beginning, an excavator is used to digger clay which is then sorted by a metal grid and proceed to a roller. Then, it is added with a combination of sand and water to continue to the formation step which manufactures two types of bricks via wire cutting or putting the mass in a mould.
The bricks are then put into a drying oven in 24 to 48 hours before undergoing two heated kilns. The first one starts with a moderate temperature at around 200C to 980C, while the temperature of the second one is really high ( between 870C and 1300C ). Afterwards, these bricks are moved to a cooling chamber and stay there for 48 to 72 hours prior to being packaged and subsequently delivered to constructions by trucks
