Overall, it is clear that the rate of students in Bachelor’s degree stands out as the most popular adoptions in both years. There was an increase in the other programs figured in the charts in 2 years, especially in Master’s degree.
Looking at the pie charts more closely, one can see that the percentage of student choose bachelor’s degree suffers the decline from 76 percent in 1980 to 42 percent in 2000, but its still was the dominant over the 3 remained groups. Meanwhile, the rate of students enrolled in Master’s degree surged significantly in 20-years period, almost quadrupled percent above its 1980 figure. Eventually, there was a slight uphill in the proportion of students engage in Doctoral degree and Associate degree from 1980 to 2000, by 3 percent and 5 percent respectively.
