Generally, there were significant improvements in the number of visitors and their satisfaction.
During post-refurbishment, the number of visitors who came to the museum escalated from 74,000 to 92,000 people.
In terms of visitors' satisfaction, during the year before the modernization, most visitors were dissatisfied which took up to 40%, while the figure of which after the modernization was only 15%. As a result of renewing, the proportion of visitors who responded "dissatisfied" halved to 5%
On the other hand, people seemed to be very satisfied with the changes of the museum, the percentage of which increased over 2 times from 15% to 35%. Also, there was a climb up in the number of visitors who rated their experience as "satisfied" by 10% when compared to the pre-refurbished era. On the contrary, the percentage of no-response visitors remained unchanged throughout the two periods.
