my name is Surbhi batra. I am highly impressed with the hospitality your staff provided during my stay at your hotel. However, to my misfortunes, I forgot my important documents in your hotel.
I stayed in your hotel room(room no. 1305) for 3 days and last checked out on yesterday only. As far as I remember, i put the papers in the left drawer. But, while checking out, in hurry, I forgot to pick them up.
Next week, I am appearing for an interview. those documents include my appointment letter for the same. So, i need them immediately. Otherwise, this carelessness of mine can cost me my job.
I shall be very thankful to you if you can send me those papers via courier. my address is house no. 123 ABC road, XYZ. Please, inform me the cost incurred to you on phone. I'll transfer you the payment digitally. I promise you, whenever I'll come back to your city, I'll stay in your hotel. Also, I'll bring a gift for you as compensation for the inconvenience caused to you.
