The maps show improvements that have been made to a university campus between 2010 and the present day.
The two maps compare a university campus for what it used to be in 2010 and now, with changes that were done for the betterment.
Overall, the campus can be seen to have modernised and more student focused with the removal of older structures and addition of high rise buildings, especially for students. The same applies with the green environment which seems to have taken a turn for the worse in lieu of the new-era theme.
Looking at constructions at the campus, student accommodation has multiplied since 2010, whereas only one high rise and a smaller building existed before. Now, two more builds have erected west and east of the lake. Prior to that, a shop existed on the east side, which has been clubbed with other student amenities, in a centralised building south of the lake. An interesting development is the introduction of the science building in north west of the lake, and exterior renovation of the Art block to match the current theme.
However, the greenery of the place seems to have diminished, replaced with distributed trees around the area as well as a road leading up to the new student house for accessibility.
