Overall, it can be seen clearly that while under the age of 14 was the highest proportion in Yemen, 15-59 age group had a similar trend in Italy. In 2050, it it predicted that 15-59 ages and elderly ages will become the top spot in Yemen and Italy.
In 2000, while elderly ages in Yemen was being just under 4% in Yemen, this figure accounted for 24% in Italy. Under 14 ages group had the different trend in both nations, which its proportion in Yemen was roughly 50%, by contrast, nearly at 14% in Italy. 15-59 ages group seem to had the similar population, which at around 46% in Yemen and over 61% in Italy.
It is predicted that in 2050, there will be some slight shifts in three categories of both nations. The proportion of 15-59 years group in Yemen will become the top spot, at roughly 57%, whereas its figure in Italy was at 46%.
