The given bar chart illustrates the percentage of citizens who aged 65 or more in three different nations in 1980 and 2000. In addition, it predicts the percentage of elderly people in 2030
Overall, Germany has the highest statistics in the overall period. In addition, the percentage of three countries has an upward trend.
On the one hand, Germany’s percentage started at the highest, at 15 percent. Subsequently. it experienced a sharp increase and reached one-fifth at the end of 2000. In 2030, it will increase by 5 percent and still remain the highest over the three given countries.
On the other hand, Canada and the UK had a lower rate of people who aged at least 65 than German in 1980, at 10 percent and 13 percent, respectively.
