You rescently organised an all day meeting meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.

I am writing this letter to provide feedback for the sevice provided by your hotel, "The Taj" to our company, "the Tilo" for all day meeting on 23rd March 2023.
I am really glad to share that thew customer service provided by the crew at the hotel was really amazing. For instance, when we enter ,they welcome us with soft drink and then showed us the direction for the meeting room in polite manner. Furthermore, the sitting arrangement was appropriate as per the meeting. It allowed the viewers to have the clear view of speaker and vis-e-versa.
The only thing, that dissappointed us was the improper labeling next to the serving counter of the food. Some of our participants were vegitarian. As the cuisine that on the table did not had any name or the ingridents mentioned next to the vessel made it inconvenient for our visitors to find what they are eating. In order to address this issue, I will suggest you to put labels along with ingridents list next to the serving pot.
However, It was great exprience and we would love to have some other meeting organized there if our concern is kept in mind.
