The figure illustrates the process involved in manufacturing instant noodles.
Overall, flour is collected which goes through numerous process of mixing, rolling, cutting, forming shape, dipping and packing, all of which completes in eight different process.
Initially, the flour stored in two huge cylindrical containers is passed to a mixer where water and oil is added to form dough which then goes through number of rollers to form a thin plain dough sheets. The perfectly shaped sheet is passed through a cutter which cuts dough into stripes, and after a required length of strip is formed, it is converted to the two circular discs at once. In the next stage the noodle discs is dipped into the hot oil in a required temperature and soon dried once it lifts up from the oil.
The prepared individual noodle disc is kept in each cup and different vegetables and spices are added to enhance the flavor of the noodle. Finally, the cup is wrapped with the well designed labels and is sealed to preserve the noodles until the expiry date. The readymade instant noodle is passed to packaging and distribution.
