In general, the average house prices mainly increased against 1990-1995 in 1996-2002 except Tokyo that has reduced trend from 1990 to 2002.
As can be seen, the average house prices have reduced in New York, Tokyo, and London more than 5 percent in 1990-1995 related 1989 and other two cities increased approximately 2 percent, while New York has increased about 10 percent in 1996-2002. The house price in London increased sharply about 25 percent more than other cities, in Tokyo house prices a little changed and risen but in Frankfurt did not change a lot, in the last city house prices increased too in 1996-2002.
