The two diagrams illustrate the steps and tools required in cement production, and how cement is used in concrete-making process for construction facilities.
Firstly, cement production process starts with combining limestone with clay that goes through crusher to produce powder. That powder is moved through mixer and then into rotating heater, where it is heated. As a result, power is taken to a grinder, after which cement is produced and packed into bags.
By contrast, in concrete production everything is done in one place. In order for process to take place specific percentage of materials should be added. Approximately half of the concrete is made of gravel, while sand accounts for a quarter in concrete mixer. Subsequently, cement and water create 15 and 10 percent respectively.
Overall, the process of cement production is significantly more complex, and requires several steps, without it concrete would have not been possible to create.
