Dear Sir,
This is regarding the changing room of the Nike sport center, in where the lock of the door is not properly working since last week.
As I have already complained last week regarding the same, once technician has visited the center on 27th Feb’18 i.e. the day before yesterday. Unfortunately, the technician had left the center, fixing nothing. He said he got an urgent call from his family, so he had to leave. We could not have help and allow him to leave, apparently, he was having some genuine issue.
However, I have been trying to contact another technician from the same organization. But they are not willing to come, moreover they are charging more than usual. As the owner of that organization, “Maa Kamahya”, is your family friend, I request you to kindly have a talk with the owner to reduce the price and send the technician at the earliest.
I hope you take the it as utmost priority and please do the needful. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you in anticipation.
