The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The line chart illustrates how can people reach out to a tourist bureau in a city through a half year in 2011.
At a glimpse of the chart, there are three kinds of methods that people had used those in 2011 and they are divided into 3 types: face to face, sending a letter or email and phoning.
In the beginning of 2011 on January, telephone communication was the highest preference that could make to the Tourist Information Office, but after 6 months, it ranked the second on among the choices. Surprisingly, the number of people who require the information in person increased from just under 500 to around 1900 in 2011, a rise of about 1400 during the period.
Curiously enough, either sending a letter or an email reduced no less than twice. Furthermore, April to May showed dramatically a decrease compared to by telephone because it seemed an increment about 2 times.
