Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to have your attention about my absence next week. Let me explain in detail.
Yesterday, I get a news that my grandmother was in hospital because she have a heart attack and there was nobody to take care of my grandmother. Therefore, I want to have some days off and want to get your permission.
I have not take my days off in this year so I hope I can absent at least 1 week due to my grandma’s serious diase. I will finish my work before next week and my workload is not too much so Ms Lisa will take on my position temporily and aid me to do my work.
I will take the responsibility of my absence and promise to do well in my job. I hope you will accept my letter soon.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Alice
