Dear Mr. Brown,
Greetings of the day! I, Jenny Jackson, IT department, employee ID -1212-IT, am writing this letter in order to inform you about the medical issue I am suffering from the past few weeks. Even if the work culture is extremely employee-friendly, I think due to some causative factors, I am facing these health problems.
At the onset, let me brief you on the specifics of my health concerns. First of all, while prolonged sitting in front of computer screens, I have been experiencing severe headaches as well as blurred vision. Moreover, considering this a minor issue, I overlooked this problem and started taking pain-killers. However, over time this is becoming more worsened, resulting in excruciating pain.
Further, even though being a healthy person along with taking a nutritious diet, I have never encountered such kind of situation. I tried to the underlying reasons behind this matter; I found that this condition mainly occurred due to bad lighting in my cubicle that has mainly caused the problem of visual impairment as examined by the physician.
Finally, I would like to add to your knowledge that this kind of issue is also there in many other parts of our office premises. Thus, while considering the plight, kindly do the needful as soon as possible by renovating the lighting system.
I would be really thankful if you can please look into this matter.
Yours sincerely,
Jenny Smith
