The office you work in does not have any cafeteria for staff. Write a letter to your manager to request setting up a cafeteria for the staff.
In your letter, you should tell,
· what you heard about the inconvenience from the staff
· how you feel about it
· what suggestions you have about setting up a cafeteria
Write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir/Madam,
After a long discussion with colleagues and staff members,I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards the discomfort due to the lack of cafeteria in our office. Though, it is not a big issue but if we have this facility; it will be great for us and for clients. I will describe some potential problems that staff informed about.
First of all, there are many who are coming from far to office. For each one of them, it is not possible to bring the tiffin on regular basis. Moreover, if any client approaches the staff during lunch hour, the food is on the table which doesn't look good. I really feel awkward when we have to put eatables on the desk.
In order to overcome this, a cafeteria is a must. Till the time proposal gets approved for the same, I believe we can use the conference hall which remains empty most of the time.
I hope you will look into this matter soon.
Yours faithfully,
Mark Twain
