Task 1: The charts below show the results of a survey conducted by a university library to find out the opinions of full-time and part-time students about its services.
The pie charts describe the results of satisfaction surveys for full-time and part-time students about services of the university library.
In general, it can be seen from the charts that almost students asked about university library were satisfied with the current opening time while many of them felt not happy with the information technology system. Furthermore, the percentages of part-time students answered “not at all” in both questionnaires were higher than these of full-time students.
The proportion of full-time students responding very happily with the information technology support system was 55%, meanwhile, it was only 20% when asking part-time students. In contrast, 45% of students studying half time and 13% of students learning fulltime were unsatisfied with quality of the library’s computerize system. The university library recorded 32% of full-time students and 35% of part-time students replied that the information technology support offered had the temporarily good quality.
It was up to 67% of full-time student feel very happy and 32% of them were quite happy with the operating hours of the university library. The figure of unsatisfied responses from full-time learners was extremely low, with only 1%. It was the same result with half-time learners that only 5% of them replied they were unhappy with working hours of university library, while 23% responses were quite good and 72% answers were very satisfied
