Overall, men of age groups 15-24 had the highest percentage that is 52.8% of doing regular physical activity whereas 53.3% women preferred to exercise at the age group of 45-54. The percentage of women slightly decreased at the age groups of 35-44 and 55-64 that is 52.5 and 53 respectively. Being the oldest age group of 65 and over, 47.1% of women were interested in doing regular physical activity. Only 47.7% of women of age group 15-24 and 48.9% of age group 25-34 did physical exercise daily though they were the most energetic group. Similarly, men of age group 35-44 did the least physical exercise that is 39.5%. The percentage of men from age groups 25-34 was slightly less than that of age group 45-54 that is 43.1%. Though 65 and over was the oldest age group, 46.7% men preferred doing exercises regularly which is higher as compared to the age group 55-64 that is 45.1%.
In conclusion, population of men doing regular exercise was higher than that of women only form age group 15-24. In other age groups, women had the higher percentage of doing physical exercise regularly.
