You want to sell some of your furniture. You think a friend of yours might like to buy it from you.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• explain why you are selling
• describe the furniture
• suggest a date when your friend can come and see the furniture
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear ..................,
Dear Eden,
I am writing this letter to let you know I am selling my Sofa, and last week we just had a conversation where you mentioned you are in need of a comfortable sofa for your living room.
Recently I am planning to relocate to the nearby city Kenya, and I today I went to see the room. It is when I noticed that the living room is not that spacious as my previous flat, for this I want to sell the furniture and get the new one.
The furniture I had owned is specially crafted as per my order and is of unique design and quality cushioning. The most special aspect is of the fabric which is of superior quality that is not easily found in the market. Regarding the comfort, long movie night will pass easily. Even more, you can connect the parts to make a small bed. Filled with feature and quality I will recommend you to purchase the sofa. It is so loved by me that I find it to be comfortable if I sell it to one of my friend and be sure that it will be in good care.
I will be free coming Saturday on 29th of July, just three days before I move to Kenya. Therefore, you can be here at my house this Saturday to see the sofa.
Hope you like it. It would be my pleasure if you purchase the sofa.
Best Regards,
OC
