The diagram shows the process by which brick blocks are made for the building industry.

Overall, seven distinct stages are shown on this process, from clay as a row material to fully packed manufactured cement blocks.

Initially, the clay is dug out from the ground and then distributed on a metal grid at a later stage. The step after this is using rollers to grind them into small particles. Once this step is done, sand and water are added to the small pieces, and then the mixture fall into a brick mould to be divided into bricks, or a wire cutter is used alternatively. Next, they are collected together and put into a drying oven for around 24 to 48 hours.

Afterwards, the blocks are heated in a kiln at a moderate temperature, from 200 °C to 980 °C, and then a high temperature is applied up to 1300 °C. Following this, bricks are cooled in a cooling chamber for about 48 to 72 hours. Eventually, bricks, as a final product, are packed to be ready for delivery.
