It is clear that there are some unmistakable gender inequalities in the themes picked. Female students tend to choose the arts, languages, and social sciences. In contrast, the favorite subjects of male students are sciences and mathematics.
The number of female students choosing their favorite subjects ranged from the highest number of just under 25 thousand to the lowest number of just under 5 thousand, a difference of around 20 thousand.
