The given pictures give information about the average prices in housing of the whole England, London, and other areas of England. Overall, London was higher than England when they were compared together but London took the highest price in compared to other regions of England.
In 1995, London’s housing price was about 120000 pounds while England’s average house price approximately doubled the price of London. By 2013, both London and England had experienced the increase in housing prices, 200000 pounds for London and about 4300000 pounds for England.
In comparison with other areas of England, London took the highest estate price, at 400000 pounds. Houses in the southern tips were likely to be more expensive than the north and midlands, which were more than 300000 pounds and 250000 pounds for Southeast and South West areas respectively. In Northwest, the house price was 200000 pounds and the Midlands region, the houses in 2013 costed around 120000 pounds, followed the North East with the lowest housing price.
