The graphs depict the data of the average amount of house prices in England and its capital city within two different years (1995 and 2013), along with the level of house prices in six different areas across England in the latest year surveyed.

In general, between 1995 and 2013, residential buildings in London remained the most expensive. Among six regions mentioned, house in London had the most costly prices whereas North East showed the cheapest.

In 1995, English housing agency sold its property for around ₤ 130,000, and increased by ₤ 70,000 in 2013. The capital city of England started the house prices at ₤ 200,000 before significantly rising up above ₤ 400,000 in 2013, which achieved the most biggest money spent on purchasing house.

From six regions in England, in 2013, the average housing price in London cost ₤400,000, much higher than in Midlands and North East. Homebuyers in the other three regions (South East, South West and North West) paid little less expensive by ₤ 50,000 each.
