The given chart represents one nation's exports in 5 categories (Petroleum products, Engineered goods, Gems and jewellery, Agricultural products, and Textiles) measured in billion dollars. A comparison between the exports in 2015 and 2016 has been made with respect to percent change.
Exports of Textiles skyrocketed (15.24%) from about 25 Billion Dollars in 2015 to above 30 billion in 2016. Engineered goods soared 8.5% (57 billion USD) to 2016 (almost 63 billion USD).
Slight uprise was seen in Agricultural products of about 0.81% from 30 Billion USD (2015) to almost 31 billion USD (2016). A significant change of 3 percent was noticed in exports of petroleum products from 2015 to 2016.
The only product whose export plunged was that of Gems and jewellery by 5.18% from nearly $ 52 billion (2015) to slightly lower than $ 50 billion(2016).
From the chart given it can be concluded that the export earnings for all the products was increased except the gems and jewellery.
