The chart illustrates the number of the two types of work, which are unpaid and paid workers in 3 main sports categories, including vouchers, referees, managers, and other sections in Australia town in 2015.
As can be seen from the chart, local residents had a tendency to work as coachers in both volunteer and paid staff that was far much higher than the others. In contrast, referees were not gaining popular among those mentioned jobs.
Noticeably, the figure of residents who gave their choices for coachers was taken the lead in 2015, accounting for more than 75% in terms of volunteer work. In addition, this figure was also much more far-reaching than the referee's volunteer job, over two times as greater as the number of referees volunteering. Inhabitants put these jobs at the top priority option when it came to mentors’ paid jobs, as nearly half. Meanwhile, the number of referees employees remained at the lowest figure, which was nearly the same as managers figure, at around 38%.
Regards to managers’ volunteer work, the number of people stood at approximately half, roughly less than one-in-ten in comparison to the other section. Especially, the other sections’ paid jobs were placed at the second position with merely 45% in 2015.
