The line graph illustrates the percentage of male and female in an Asian country when getting their first driving license divided four timelines: 1980, 1990, 2000 and 2010.
Overall, it is apparent that women has higher chances of passing driving tests at their first try and surprisingly women has the highest percentage of passing in 2000 whereas men went for the lowest in 1980.
The ratio of women who passed their driving exam began at approximately 50% in 1980. The figure started to rise gradually and peaked at nearly 70% in 2000 before witnessing a slight decline to above 60% at the end of the period.
The rate of men passing their test stood at below 30% at the beginning of the period and then saw a moderate increase to about 40% 10 years later in 1990. The figure continued to rise to approxiamtely 50% and remained unchanged until 2010.
