The given charts compare the ratios of people working in different areas including manufacturing, sales and services in two towns in 1960 and 2010.
It is noticeable that in town B, manufacturing was the most popular sections that many people participating in among three areas during this period while in town A, the biggest change was witnessed in services.
As can be seen from the charts of town A, in 1960, the proportion of services was almost as popular as its sale, meanwhile manufacturing outnumbered and occupied 41%. The year 2010 witnessed a significant change in the ratios of these areas. While the percentage of services increased considerably and topped the chart with 64%, the figures of sales and manufacturing dropped 2 times and took up 16 and 21% respectively.
Looking into the charts of town B, although experiencing a slight decrease in 2010, the percentage of manufacturing was the most attractive among three areas, at 53%. The opposite was true for sales and services, these figures were saw significant growths at 25 and 22% respectively.
