The charts below show the percentage of volunteers by organizations in 2008 and 2014

The pie chart illustrates the proportion of voluntary people in various kinds of organizations from 2008 to 2014.

Overall, it is clear that while the participants in environmental, sport, health care, educational organizations increased, the opposite was true for art and other voluntary companies. It is interesting to note that health care was the least popular type of voluntary job during the two years.

Looking at the changes in more detail, in 2008, volunteering in educational organizations was the most preferable choice, with 21% of spontaneous people applying for this job. Following this was environmental and art projects which had 21% and 18% volunteers took part in respectively. Lastly, there were 15% unpaid workers in other companies and only 7% helpers working in health care organizations, which made this the least prefered choice.

6 years later, in 2008, the order had been slightly changed. Although the conservational company was still the most trending choice in the volunteer community which rose to 29% of participants, unpaid sport job was the second favourite choice with 25% of volunteers applying for. Moreover, the contribution to educational, art and other companies had slightly decreased to 17%, 12%, 9% respectively. There was also a minimal rise in the volunteer worker in health care job, which was still the least favourite option.
