The graph below shows the number of tourists visiting a particular Caribbean island between 2010 and 2017.
The line chart provides information on how many holidaymakers who paid a visit to one island of Caribe during the course of seven years starting from 2010.
It is obvious that an upward trend can be seen in the number of travelers staying on ships as well as island and the whole figure. In addition, the total statistic of visitors witnessed the most considerable change over the period.
In 2010, there were 1 million visitors to the island while no one chose to stay on cruise ships at that time. Since then, more and more tourists travelled to Caribe that the total figure increased exponentially and peaked at 3.5 million after seven years. Similarly, despite a stagnant time from 2011 to 2013, the figure for cruise ship passengers also experienced a sharp rise of 2 million.
Regarding the other statistic, standing at 0.75 million, staying on island was much preferable in comparison with staying on cruise ships. However, the former remained stable for the first year, before slightly going up between 2011 and 2015 and ended at 1.5 million at the end of the period, falling in the prevalence.
